1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and 999rs ("the Platform") governing your use of the 999rs website at 999rs.onl, including all platform sections — Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Bet, Bingo, and any associated services or features.

These Terms apply to all users who access the platform, whether or not they have registered an account. By accessing any section of the website, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. 999rs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, you are required to submit valid identity documentation for verification. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification. Additional documentation confirming address or source of funds may be requested in specific circumstances.

• Accounts that are unable to complete KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed.
• If verification reveals that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be refunded and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on 999rs:

• A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount must be bet through before it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 999rs are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and sport. General conditions that apply across the platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is available and the player elects to use it before the event concludes.
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, 999rs reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Odds and payouts for sports markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed in the bet slip. The odds displayed on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is placed.
• In-play bets are subject to delay between event occurrence and bet acceptance. 999rs reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's conclusion that were submitted during a communication delay.
• Settlement of sports bets follows the rules published for each sport and competition in the sports section. Where a specific rule is not stated, standard industry practice applies.
• For cricket markets, including PSL and international fixtures, settlement follows standard cricket betting rules regarding abandoned matches, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments where applicable.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999rs. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account in your own name or under another person's details.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or processing proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, manipulate market positions or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically exploiting arbitrage opportunities or bonus structures in a way that constitutes abuse of the platform.
• Impersonating another person or providing fraudulent identity documentation.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law. It is the player's responsibility to verify whether using the platform is permitted in their location.

8Account Suspension and Closure

999rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identification of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment details.
• Identification of a duplicate account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus or fraud investigation will be refunded to the player via the original deposit method following the investigation process.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999rs support. Voluntary closure requests are processed after any outstanding wagering requirements are reviewed and any pending withdrawal requests are resolved.

9Responsible Gaming

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Communication failures between your device and the platform servers.
